Introducing
bagBuddy, a clever new product that makes carrying and
handling plastic grocery bags much more comfortable.
Today, when purchasing goods and groceries, a common
way of bagging is through the use of plastic bags. Despite
their popularity, plastic bags do suffer from a few negative
characteristics that consistently frustrate users;
-
The bags can be heavy, especially if carrying more
than one. With a heavy load, the handles of the bags
can often inflict pain on the carrier, cutting into
the hands.
-
The bags often become loose while in the car causing
the contents to spill.
These
frustrations inspired Paul Le Roux in the design and
development of bagBuddy, an ergonomically designed handle
that is quick and simple to use.
Work
started in 1996 and after years of development and a
number of patented models, Paul came up with an inventor's
dream product. One with the big five characteristics:
Usefulness, Volume, Patent ability, Simplicity and Low
Cost.
In
2001, in what now seems to be a seemingly simple, obvious
solution to a problem, the patented, trademarked bagBuddy was
born.
bagBuddy is a consumer friendly product that satisfies a need
for millions of shoppers worldwide.
